Chosen ahead of London’s property development-focused agencies, our focus and honour was to bring a fresh and innovative perspective. The team appreciated our fresh approach and focus on how the creative process can add tangible value to businesses.

Two years before the completion of The Shard, the management team challenged us to develop their service proposition and tone of voice to the complex range of stakeholders of the development.
Working strategically to establish an effective positioning and tone of voice for the proposition, we focused upon not just the service capabilities but, moreover and crucially, the experience this enables amongst the development’s audiences. From high-net-worth apartment owners and multinational business tenants to service suppliers and the local community, the brand’s voice had to articulate and engage in a variety of relevant ways yet resolve in a steadfast ethos of the highest levels of service.
